Start with a default routine or select from a diverse range of ten compound exercises including Squats, Deadlifts, Barbell Lunges, Bench Press, Incline Bench Press, Barbell Row, High Pull, T-bar Row, Power Clean, and Overhead Press.
This program's selection of compound exercises allows for workout variation while effectively increasing strength and muscle mass. With no exercise repetition within a week, it differs from other 5x5 weight lifting methodologies.
